Shipping & Return Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to process and ship all orders within 10 business days. Please note that for certain made-to-order or customized items, delivery may take slightly longer.
As I am often abroad for work, shipping may occasionally take a bit more time — in that case, you will be notified if your order cannot be shipped within the usual 10 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable), so you can follow your package on its way to you.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@liz-objets.com. Make sure to include clear photos of the damage and the packaging, so we can provide a prompt solution, such as a replacement item or a refund.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.
